Research Interests:

Her research includes developed efficient and scalable approach for obtaining ultra-pure SWNTs, which are almost free of amorphous carbon and nanoparticles. The film field effect transistor (FET) fabricated from the ultra-pure SWNTs demonstrated very good performance. And the transparent and conducting films from the ultra-pure SWNTs show excellent potential for bolometric Infrared detection. She also achieved to get graphene nanoplatelets (a few layer graphene sheets, Gn, where n ? 4, a robust alternative to single layer graphene) of arbitrary aspect ratio and demonstrate the power of this technology in achieving record levels of thermal conductivity in polymer/carbon nanomaterial composites for electronic packing. The graphene based FET is under study.
